The gist of that thread is that we as horseplayers are being asked to send an email to Drew Couto of the TOC voicing our position (hopefully) in favor of the TOC granting approval to Premier Turf Club to conduct business in the state of California.
If you write you'll need to remove the blank spaces in the above email address. I didn't want bots to grab the address and start spamming him. I took the time to write. I don't know how "nice" I was. I will say that I didn't hold anything back. I let him know that I was in favor of the TOC approving Premier Turf Club to do business in California. I also let him know how ridiculous I think the TOC's position on rebates has been and asked him to change that. And about an hour later I actually received a reply. He IS at least aware of bettor sentiment. It's a start. Without the bettors' money this game would cease to exist overnight.
