| jeff 9/16/2023 2:01:10 AM | Looks like NYRA asked Equibase to use BELMONT AT THE BIG A as the track_name instead of AQUEDUCT. Screenshot of the Track Abreviations Table Interface with the correct entries and the xml shown in the background:  • Correct entries (if you are using HDW data) to persist in the Track Abbreviations Table Interface for the AQU 2023 Fall Meet: Track Code: AQU Tote Code: AQU Notes: BELMONT AT THE BIG A • The rules: 1. Persist the first 3 characters of the data file name to the Track Code and Tote Code fields. 2. Persist the track_name displayed in the xml to the Notes field. That's It! -jp .

| jeff 9/21/2023 11:22:23 AM | Just a heads up... Currently, the Equibase Racing Dates page lists 11-02-2023 as opening day for the AQU Fall Meet. Link, here. Based on that, I expect Equibase to change the track_name in the XML back to "AQUEDUCT" (without the quotes) on or about 11-02-2023. If and when that happens our first clue will be AQU is running a card and Scratch BOT is processing zero scratches and changes for AQU. The same rules that I posted above still apply. • The rules: 1. Persist the first 3 characters of the data file name to the Track Code and Tote Code fields. 2. Persist the track_name displayed in the xml to the Notes field. -jp .

Attach it to an email or use the free area of the https://WeTransfer.com site to send it to me. I'll have a look at the settings for AQU in your TrackAbbreviations table, make the needed correction, and email the file back to you. -jp .

The track_name persisted in the Notes field of the TrackAbbreviations table is incorrect: "BELMONT AT BIG A" (without the quotes.) The correct track_name that needs to be persisted in the Notes field of the TrackAbbreviations table is: "BELMONT AT THE BIG A" (without the quotes.) -jp .
