From a Calc Races standpoint:
- No. There isn't.
- The program is purposely designed that way.
From a Calc Races standpoint, the program is designed to:
- Allow you to load all of the race cards for a single distinct race day into the program.
- Allow you to import scratches and changes into the program for the races of that day.
- Allow you to run a Calc Races for all races of that day.
- Allow you to run a Calc Races for a single track code only (for that day.)
- Allow you to run a Calc Races for a single race only (for that day.)
- Allow you to generate reports showing the program's output for that day (or a single track code or a single race for that day.)
- Allow you to use the WagerHistory Module to record tickets you played for the races of that day (and analyze them afterwards.)
Simply put -- you cannot load multiple race cards into the program for the same track code for purposes of running a Calc Races.
The Calc Races part of the program is designed to handle scratches and changes for a single distinct race day only.
That said --
From a Build Database standpoint, you have the ability to:
- Run a Build Database routine for any given folder.
- Control what goes into each database file by controlling the .jcp, .xrd, and HDW *f.txt chart files that you put on any given folder.
From an analyze databases that you've built standpoint you have the ability to:
- Pull up the Data Window and look at all of the data points generated by the program for any given subset of the data.
- Your subsets can literally be anything you want them to be - including all tracks everywhere, a group of tracks, a single track, a single track-surface-dist, or a single track-surface-dist during a specific time span, etc.
- Pull up the JCX File Exports Module and export any given subset of the data from your StarterHistory table to .CSV file on your hard drive. (Just like the Data Window, your subsets in the JCX File Exports Module can literally be anything you want.)
- You can even use the JCX File Exports ModuleMake make certain transformations to the data before you export it.
- Load exported .CSV files into third party data tools for further analysis and predictive modeling (r, Excel, SQL, MySQL, SAS, SPSS, etc.)
