Hi guys Ineed a little help using the userfactor1. I want to print out the trainer win % on the html report I only get 0(1) to print. As far as i can tell I have the factors right. I use userfactor1, trainerwinpercent from the drop down list and 3 for beheavor. If I try beste2 it works ok but for trainer or jockey win % it doesent. What am I missing. thanks

If you picked up the phone and called Microsoft, they'd probably give you a technically correct (but completely useless) answer...

Something like:

--quote:
"Actually it IS working. You just can't see it."
--end quote
Huh?

Trainer win percent (Rider too) exists in the program as a decimal. 24 percent exists in the program as .24

All of the UserFactor display elements for the HTML Report were programmed to display whole numbers. For example, Prime Power of 117.15 displays as 117.

All of the UserFactor display elements for the HTML Report are rounding Trainer Win Percent to the nearest whole number... which in almost every case turns out to be zero.

Now, here's the part you'd never get from Microsoft:

I need to do some touch up work... multiply Trainer and Rider Win Pct by 100 before sending it to the UserFactor display elements on the HTML Report. Once I do that it'll display properly.

Expect to see it in the next program update.
