| endearus 4/17/2008 5:40:26 PM | Hi. Just installed JCapper 2008. I seem to be missing factors when I try to create a new UDM. I dont see the J Rating as a factor. I was an original client. The J Rating appears in the Report view. My old UDMs using the J Rating appear to work. Also in the Data Window several facors are missing for example Alchemy, JRating, JPR... What did I do wrong in the installation. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Or shoot me an email with your phone number and I'll call you.
