| rosenowsr 5/9/2012 6:57:33 PM | I just switched over to HDW data. Trying to download files, it wont let me sign in to download data. I can sign into the jcapper software but not the download site. It says "jcapper.horsedata.com at jcapper requires a user name and password. Is the problem at your end, my end or HDW end? I have different passwords for each site, is that the problem?

| jeff 5/9/2012 10:40:42 PM | HDW UserId and Password Key and persist the userid and password obtained at time of data plan sign up from HDW into the boxes provided on the HDW File Download Tool. If for some reason you can't log into the HDW site to download files, contact Ron Tilller at HDW for help. JCapper UserId and Password The JCapper UserId and Password obtained from me when you first signed up for JCapper gets you into both the JCapper Message Board and the JCapper Software. If for some reason you can't log into the JCapper site or the JCapper software contact me for help. -jp .
