Since this is my second time with JCapper, I'm more focused and with the new videos I should be able to complete tasks with success! Customer service with a definite concern for the handicapper! I remember the first time I ran into Jeff; it was at Del Mar about 6 years ago. He was using a laptop. I was curious because back then my entire "operation" came from my own trainer and sire shorthand kept in a dayplanner. I had been thinking about "automating" my process but had no idea how to go about doing it. I asked Jeff on the spot what program he was using and if he'd consider helping me automate what I was doing.
Fast forward to today - man how the time flies!
I couldn't be happier with the outcome and certainly couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable (or patient) teacher!
Jeff, I just want to say THANK YOU for all you have done and continue to do; and Happy Holidays to JCappers everywhere!
