Thank you Wayne --end quote-- Explanation Hey Wayne, The error has everything to do with military time... It's something I didn't forsee: Military time in the data file is always listed in Pacific time. But in my infinite wisdom I decided that I should always convert it to Eastern time because that's the way I've always presented post time on the reports... in Eastern time. Problem is when post time in the data file is 21:00 hours or later Pacific time and I add 3 hrs to convert it to Eastern time... the time becomes 24:00 hrs plus whatever minutes... which is not a valid date time that can be evaluated... there are only 24 hrs in a day... and Visual Basic errors out when you set the time to something greater than 24:00 hrs. Like I said it's not something I saw coming... I'll have a Main Module Only Download up in the Latest Program Version downlaods area inside of about 20 minutes. This new Main Module Only download will contain a patch... It won't handle post times perfectly... The patch will evaluate post time before making the conversion to eastern time... and if adding 3 conversion hrs would kick the race into the next day - logic in the program will simply avoid adding the 3 conversion hrs... not perfect -- but at least it will Calc all the races on the card... and give me a chance to do a more thorough treatment of military time before the next Fri night HOL Card. -jp .

| Charlie James 11/20/2009 9:43:16 PM | Jeff, Was just about to call you - ck'd the msg board first and saw this thread. D'loaded/installed the Main Module only pkg. Like you said, post time sort isn't perfect - but it works. Can't tell you much I APPRECIATE the quick turn around on this! Now if I can only find something worth betting on tonight's card. Chuck
