| jeff 4/18/2008 11:56:45 AM | My first best guess would be that signals for those two venues aren't being carried by the tote provider's pages Scratch Bot is parsing. If you have access to YouBet, I've found that THEY have been very good about getting scratches and changes posted for all of the tracks that they carry - very often an hour or so before TwinSpires/BrisBet posts theirs. I've also found YouBet to be more complete/accurate in the scratches & changes they post (compared to TwinSpires/BrisBet oe even Equibase.) YouBet puts them up well in advance of the race they are scratched from as opposed to TwinSpires/BrisBet who often waits until that race to put them up. This can be a big help if you're playing pick3's and pick4's. I've spoken to TwinSpires/BrisBet about this several times and I don't see them improving any time soon. Of course if you get them from YouBet it means you have to do them via the Manual Changes Module as YouBet won't give me a tote feed. I personally find the Manual Changes Module preferable to getting "most" of them via ScratchBot for some of the tracks that I play. It allows me to handicap a race just once and form an opinion and structure tickets to back my opinion well in advance of when the race goes off. -jp . ~Edited by: jeff on: 4/18/2008 at: 11:56:45 AM~
