| dvlander 3/30/2009 12:52:40 PM | Per the PA website, PTC is now listing a bunch of new tracks. I checked the "My Rates" page and they are all listed but do not show any rebate percentage. Jeff, have you heard if there are going to be at least some minimal level of rebate on these new tracks at PTC? I won't play PTC for these tracks with no rebate. Even with Twin Spires feeble rewards, I can work towards a new toaster. Thx, Dale
