| jeff 11/11/2024 12:11:26 PM | Just got off the phone with Ron Tiller at HDW. HDW is being forced to shut down their servers as of about 12:40 pm Eastern today. The owner of the building where HDW is located has hired SERVPRO to clean up the flooding resulting from a burst pipe two floors above them. As part of that recovery effort SERVPRO set up hot air blower units to completely dry out carpet and the padding beneath to prevent mold from forming. As a result temperatures inside HDW's offices where their servers are located reached 97° F. Rather than risk physical damage to expensive equipment HDW is left with no choice. They are shutting their servers down. I have V4 J.ZIP data files for today Mon 11-11-2024 and Tues 11-12-2024 -- and have posted download links for both dates in the password protected Private Area of the JCapper Message Board. -jp .

| jeff 11/11/2024 5:04:27 PM | Quick Update: Got a call from Ron Tiller at HDW about 40 minutes ago. Temps in their office now in the mid 70's. They have restarted servers. The HDW site is back up, and they are bringing up all processes needed to generate downloadable data and result files. -jp .
