| jeff 9/8/2024 11:30:33 AM | Right now as I type this it's a little after noon Eastern on Sunday 09-08-2024. Equibase notified their data resellers Brisnet, DRF, and HDW, etc. they are having "internal processing issues" which they are trying to solve. As a result, they haven't been able to update the Scratches and Changes XML File since about 9:30 am Eastern -- Meaning for scratches and changes I am reverting to Plan B: Keying Scratches and Changes Manually. I'll come back to this thread and post an update once I know more - or once Equibase starts processing data again (whichever comes first.) Now you know what I know. -jp .
