| jeff 6/2/2023 10:42:07 AM | When I downloaded HDW F.Zip Chart Files for 06-01-2023, I began getting file not found errors when running an XRD File Build Routine. Closer inspection revealed that F.Txt chart files were missing from all of the F.Zip files. Each .zip file had the N.txt file only (chartcaller's race footnote.) I called Ron Tiller at HDW. A few minutes later he had corrected F.Zip Chart Files for 06-01-2023 up on the download server. As of about 10:20 am eastern time today the problem has been resolved. If you downloaded bad files and you have a current version JCapper program with an IE/WinInet Clear Cache option on the HDW File Mgr Menu: 1. Bring up the HDW File Mgr. 2. Click Menu and select IE/WinInet Clear Cache. 3. Hit the Queue Chart File button and redownload chart files for 06-01-2023. 4. Run an XRD File Build Routine for 06-01-2023. The files should process in the normal manner. That's It! -jp .

Save these to your current active data folder overwriting the bad files that you downloaded. (Alternately, delete the bad files that you downloaded first.) 2. Bring up the HDW File Mgr and run an XRD File Build Routine for 06-01-2023. The files should process in the normal manner. That's It! -jp .
