Revised HDW Data Files for CDX and PIM Sat 05-21-2022

Ron Tiller at HDW called me at about 12:15 pm Eastern Sat 05-21-2021.

He advised me that revised data files for Churchill and Pimlico are available for download on the HDW site.

The new Churchill file contains a corrected last out final time speed fig for #2 CASA DE GOAT in R4.

The new Pimlico file contains a corrected last out final time speed fig for #5 B DAWK in R11.

To re-download the revised CDX and PIM files:

1. Launch the File Download Tool in the HDW File Mgr.

2. Clear the Previous Download History: Click MENU and select IE WinInet - Clear Cache. (Wait a few seconds while the clear cache routine is running. The routine is finished when the message box disappears.)

3. Download the files: Hit the Queue Files button. Select the CD0521J.ZIP and PIM0521J.ZIP files, and click the Download button to download the files. Then x-out of the File Download Tool.

4. Run a JCP File Build on the CDX and PIM 05-21-2022 Files:

Launch the File Build Filter Tool.

Type CDX-PIM into the Track box.

Using the Calendar Control, select 05-21-2022 for both Start Date and End Date.

Hit the Apply Dates Build Files button to rebuild both JCP Files. Then x-out of the HDW File Mgr.

Finally, from the JCapper Main Module run a Calc Races for the folder(s) where you loaded the CDX and PIM card files.

That's It!

If you are running an older version of JCapper that doesn't have an HDW File Mgr and/or HDW File Download Tool with IE WinInet - Clear Cache as a Menu item:
