12:19:39 PM | I decided to push back the next round of new JCapper program updates for 2021 (both Silver and Platinum) about 24 hrs.
I expect to release both (Silver and Platinum) later today Tues Feb 23, 2021.
Reason: Yesterday, rather than publish, I decided to squeeze in one more new feature.
I added a Rider Changes Master ON button to the Enhanced Settings Module.
I also decided to clean up a few of those text messages that appear when you click those red 'What's This?' labels on the Enhanced Settings Module.

My primary reason for yesterday's Platinum full program update was delivering user logons to new customer sign ups.
That said, if you are an existing Platinum customer, you might want to read about User Defined Half Life for TDx factors and Exponential Calibration in the Betting Instructions field for UDMs.

My primary reason for yesterday's Platinum full program update was delivering user logons to new customer sign ups.
That said, if you are an existing Platinum customer, you might want to read about the new .Exe FileName for the JCapper Main Module, some of the new TDx factors, continuing development for User Defined Half Life, new Enhanced Settings, and the two new Behaviors in UPR Tools for P-Rank, etc.

Background Info
Over the past several weeks Gulfstream Park replaced the outer part of their Turf Course with a new Tapeta Course.
A few days ago Gulfstream began allowing horses to train on the new Tapeta Course. I’ve been told that within the next week to ten days Gulfstream Park plans to card their first race on the new Tapeta Course.
I decided to use surface code “d” (without the quotes) because the new Tapeta Course is located inside of Gulfstream’s Outer Main Dirt Course.
Going forward, Gulfstream Park will have three courses. They will be reported in JCapper as follows:
1. An Outer Main Dirt Course – surface code “D” (without the quotes) in PlayList File Mode – and IntSurface=1 in SQL Mode.
2. An Inner Tapeta Course - surface code “d” (without the quotes) in PlayList File Mode – and IntSurface=2 in SQL Mode.
3. A Turf Course - surface code “T” (without the quotes) in PlayList File Mode – and IntSurface=4 in SQL Mode.
Note that races taken Off the Turf and run on the new Tapeta Course will be reported as surface code “d” (without the quotes) in PlayList File Mode – and IntSurface=2 in SQL Mode.

Install Instructions:
- Close down all open JCapper program windows, log into the JCapper message board and navigate to the Build 198 program downloads page.
- Save the HDW File Mgr Only Special Download Package (published 10-01-2021) - filename: HDWFileMgrOnly_10012021.exe to your hard drive. (Hint: c:\JCapperBuild is a good location to save it.)
- Double click the download package file - filename: HDWFileMgrOnly_10012021.exe - to run the extractor.
The extractor will copy the .exe file for the HDW File Mgr (and only the HDW File Mgr) to your c:\JCapper\Exe folder, overwriting the existing .exe file for the HDW File Mgr - and then on most machines, will launch the HDW File Mgr.
That’s It!
There’s nothing else to install – and no import routines to run.
