| jeff 11/19/2017 9:20:10 AM | Right now as I type this -- just after noon eastern Sunday 11-19-2017 -- the Equibase Scratches and changes xml is down. More specifically: The xml contains no scratches, no surface changes, no dist changes, and no rider changes. I called Equibase. They are aware and are working on it. For the track signals I am playing today, I will be doing scratches and changes the old fashioned way: Picking up changes from track video and persisting them in THE MANUAL CHANGES MODULE. I recommend you do the same. I will come back to this thread and post a further update if and when Equibase gets the system up and running again. Now you know what I know. -jp .
