If you downloaded the original that was made available the morning of Thur May 01 - be sure to delete and re-download. The revised data file reflects the new Derby field with the defection of #11 Hoppertunity who according to the Churchill website was withdrawn because of a "hoof issue." #11 Hoppertunity out #21 PABLO DEL MONTE (also eligible) draws in - and now subsequently scratched. Also, according to the Churchill website: --quote: "With the scratch of Hoppertunity, Mike Battaglia revised the morning line for Derby 140. The revised line from the rail out is as follows: Vicar's in Trouble (20-1), Harry's Holiday (50-1), Uncle Sigh (30-1), Danza (8-1), California Chrome (5-2), Samraat (15-1), We Miss Artie (50-1), General a Rod (15-1), Vinceremos (30-1), Wildcat Red (15-1), Dance With Fate (20-1), Chitu (20-1), Medal Count (20-1), Tapiture (12-1), Intense Holiday (8-1), Commanding Curve (50-1), Candy Boy (15-1), Ride On Curlin (15-1), Wicked Strong (6-1) and Pablo Del Monte (50-1)."--end quote With all the negative publicity working against CHDN over the past 72 hrs you'd think CHDN management would pull out all the stops to make better decisions... But it just keeps getting better and better. Sources are telling me that upper management at Equibase wanted to disseminate the revised KY Derby morning line to horseplayers as a normal part of past performance data going out to Equibase licensed data resellers so that the revised morning line could, in turn, be disseminated to horseplayers in downloaded data files. But (as I type this) management at CHDN has not disseminated the revised Derby morning line to Equibase. Be advised, if you plan on betting the KY Derby, take a look at the revised morning line quoted from the Churchill site above...
