My Schedule - Weekend of Oct 4th 5th 6th 7th 8th |
jeff 10/3/2012 5:44:19 PM | One of my cousins is getting married this weekend. She lives in the Philly area and I will be traveling to attend the wedding and reconnect with family. (I haven't been "home" in years and am looking forward to the trip.)
Fair warning... Even though I am taking a laptop with me, expect me to have limited opportunity for checking emails/doing join.me support sessions, etc.
If you do have some emergency the best way to reach me is to send a text to my cell number or call and and leave a voicemail. Even though I'll be otherwise occupied - I will get back to you as time allows.
8 5 8 . 8 6 9 . 7 2 6 9 (remove the blank spaces first)

| JimG 10/4/2012 11:20:52 AM | Jeff,
So did you move from the Philly area to San Diego? If you did, with the winter approaching in a couple of months, I got to ask, what were you thinking? LOL
Have a great trip.
Jim

My dad went to work (right out of college) as an engineer for GE in the King of Prussia area just outside of Philly. Back then, it wasn't unheard of that professionals stayed with the same company they originally hired on with - all the way through retirement.
I was born in Philly. When I was 11, my dad accepted a promotion/transfer from PA to a GE plant in Phoenix. Our immediate family made the move - but of course the extended family stayed put. (Most of them, and now their extended families - are still there.)
I made the move to San Diego (myself) about the time I first started getting JCapper off the ground. The west coast is where I live now (and I really ENJOY it) - but whenever I think of "home" the heart says Pennsylvania.
