Download #1 - Raw HDW Data and Results Files (file build routines required)
This .zip file download (filename: Demo2011RawHDWFiles.zip) contains data and results courtesy of HDW (Handicappers Data Warehouse)
for 134 race cards run over Labor Day Weekend 2011 on the following Download Dates: Fri Sept 02, Sat Sept 03, Sun Sept 04, and Mon (Labor Day) Sept 05.
File Format -
Inside the main .zip file (filename: Demo2011RawHDWFiles.zip) you will find individual *J.zip files that in turn contain
HDW binary race data files. You will also find *F.zip files that contain HDW text chart results files.
The *J.zip and *F.zip files in this download are delivered to you in the same format had these files been downloaded
directly from the HDW website.

Install Instructions
- Save the main download .zip file (filename: Demo2011RawHDWFiles.zip) to the c:\2011 folder on your hard drive.
- Unzip the downloaded file (filename: Demo2011RawHDWFiles.zip) extracting all file content onto the c:\2011 folder.

.JCP File Build Routine:
a. Click the HDW button on the face of the JCapper Main Module and launch the HDW File Mgr.
b. On the face of the the HDW File Mgr, click the File Build Filter Tool button to launch the File Build Filter Tool.
c. From inside the File Build Filter Tool, select HDW J Binary Race File (*J*.*) as your file type. Click the Calendar button and select
09/02/2011 as your start date. Then select 09/05/2011 as your end date. Double check the File Type, Start Date, and End Date - and
initiate a .JCP file build routine by clicking the bolded APPLY and Build Files button.
.XRD File Build Routine:
a. On the face of the the HDW File Mgr, click the File Build Filter Tool button to launch the File Build Filter Tool.
b. From inside the File Build Filter Tool, select HDW Chart Results File (*F.*) as your file type. Click the Calendar button and select
09/02/2011 as your start date. Then select 09/05/2011 as your end date. Double check the File Type, Start Date, and End Date - and
initiate an .XRD file build routine by clicking the bolded APPLY and Build Files button.
After completing the above steps, you will have .JCP and .XRD files on your c:\2011 folder for every thoroughbred race run in North
America over Labor Day weekend - Friday Sept 02, 2011 through Monday (Labor Day) Sept 05, 2011... 134 race cards in all.
